Privacy Policy

Effective: August 26, 2026

What this app stores

If you create an account, Project Phoenix uses Supabase authentication and may store your email address, account identifier, collection statuses, notes, and settings so your collection can sync between devices. In local-only mode, collection preferences and custom hero data—including compressed artwork you choose to upload—are stored in your browser.

Marketplace data

Direct links may take you to eBay or another third-party marketplace. Project Phoenix does not collect marketplace passwords, place bids, process payment information, or complete purchases. The approved API-powered auction display temporarily stores only limited public listing information—such as title, current bid, shipping, condition, image, link, ending time, and update time. Each result discloses how recently it was checked. Listings are removed after they end, and cached auction data is automatically hidden and deleted when it is more than six hours old. Auction information is never used to calculate collection value.

Sharing and service providers

Project Phoenix does not sell your personal information. Supabase provides account, database, and synchronization services. External marketplace and reference links are governed by the privacy policies of those sites.

Your choices

You may use the app without signing in, clear local browser storage, or request deletion of a signed-in account and its synced collection data. Do not post personal information in a public issue when contacting the project owner through the project’s GitHub repository.

Security and changes

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the alpha application changes; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
