Fan-made project

Project Phoenix is an independent, unofficial fan-made collector and gameplay companion. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by CMON, Asmodee, Zombicide, eBay, or their rights holders. Names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Marketplace tools

Project Phoenix is a read-only tracker and search aid. It does not conduct sales, accept or place bids, process payments, calculate collection value from auctions, or guarantee availability, authenticity, completeness, condition, or price. Auction details can change between updates; always verify the current listing and its contents on eBay before participating. External sites have their own terms and policies.

Project Phoenix participates in the eBay Partner Network and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made after following an eligible eBay link. This does not increase the buyer's price.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for your account and for artwork, text, or other content you upload to custom hero tools. Upload only content you have permission to use. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

Alpha software

The app is provided “as is” during active development. Features and data may change, contain errors, or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the project owner disclaims warranties and liability for decisions made using collection, rules, or marketplace information.

eBay terms

Use of eBay links and eBay-powered public auction content is subject to the eBay User Agreement and the eBay API License Agreement. By using these features, you agree to comply with the provisions that apply to eBay content. eBay is an intended third-party beneficiary of those provisions, and permission to access or display eBay content is revocable as required by eBay’s terms.
